Marketplace relationship

Old4NewGames provides technology that allows independent users to list, buy, sell, message, ship, and review video games and related items. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition, price, and fulfillment of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details and providing accurate order information.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and use the service lawfully. Fraud, harassment, impersonation, counterfeit or stolen goods, deceptive listings, review manipulation, payment circumvention, unauthorized access, and interference with the service are prohibited.

Payments, fees, and fulfillment

Payments and eligible seller payouts are processed through Stripe. Marketplace fees, shipping charges, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and provider requirements may affect order and seller balances. Sellers must ship the purchased item as described and buyers must follow the order process for reports or returns.

Service changes and contact

Features may change, be suspended, or be limited for safety, maintenance, legal, payment, or operational reasons. Additional buyer, seller, payment, acceptable-use, copyright, cookie, and privacy policies form part of the marketplace rules.
