Before purchase

Review the title, console, photographs, condition, included items, seller, price, and shipping charge before checkout. Ask a specific question if an important detail is not shown.

After purchase

Use order tracking and marketplace messages, inspect and test the item promptly after delivery, rate the completed transaction honestly, and use the order report process when the item is missing, damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing.

Buyer conduct

Buyers may not commit payment fraud, abuse returns or reports, manipulate ratings, harass users, pressure sellers to transact off-platform, or misuse personal and shipping information.
