Prohibited items and listings
Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, recalled, misleading, or rights-infringing items are prohibited. Listings must not hide material defects, use deceptive photographs, or claim contents the seller will not provide.
Prohibited behavior
Fraud, phishing, harassment, threats, impersonation, review manipulation, spam, payment circumvention, unauthorized scraping, account intrusion, malicious code, and interference with marketplace operation are prohibited.
Reports and enforcement
Users can report listings, accounts, orders, and messages. Old4NewGames may remove content, freeze activity, limit features, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts when needed for safety, compliance, or investigation.
