Seller Agreement
Rules for seller eligibility, accurate video game listings, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, fees, payouts, returns, and account safety on Old4NewGames.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must complete required Stripe eligibility steps, list only items they may legally sell, use photographs and descriptions that accurately represent the offered copy, disclose defects, maintain inventory, and fulfill paid orders promptly.
Orders and payouts
Seller proceeds are subject to the displayed marketplace fee, payment processing, refunds, disputes, shipping label charges, and Stripe availability. A successful customer payment does not always mean funds are immediately available for payout.
Enforcement
Listings or seller access may be limited when a bank is disconnected, required information is missing, inventory is unavailable, orders are not fulfilled, reports indicate risk, or marketplace rules are violated.
