Payments and identity

Stripe processes cards, payment authentication, seller identity verification, connected bank accounts, taxpayer information when required, government identity documents, transfers, and payouts. Old4NewGames stores limited provider identifiers and statuses needed to operate orders and seller balances, not full card numbers, CVVs, full bank numbers, full Social Security numbers, or government ID images.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide accounts, listings, search, recommendations, messages, checkout, orders, shipping, ratings, reports, payouts, support, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Buyer and seller transaction information is shared as needed to complete an order.

Information may be shared with service providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, image storage, email, shipping, analytics, safety, and support, or when disclosure is legally required.

Choices, retention, and contact

Users can update profile information and preferences, manage marketplace content, and request account deletion. Some transaction, tax, payout, fraud, dispute, security, and legal records may be retained when necessary or required.
